Faridah Kadondi returned from Singapore with more than just a souvenir, she was named the 2026 Deloitte Netball Super League International MVP.

The She Cranes star shone brightly in a fast-paced and highly competitive tournament, which took place from February 14 to March 29 at the Jurong East Sports Hall.

Squaring off against top club players, national athletes, and international talent, Kadondi delivered a series of consistent, game-changing performances.

This year’s league debuted the Super Shot, a two-point opportunity available in the final five minutes of each quarter.

The new rule injected added pressure and a quicker tempo into the games, but Kadondi navigated the challenge with poise and precision, consistently rising to the occasion in crucial moments.

Her accolade marks another milestone for Ugandan netball. As the She Cranes continue to elevate their global profile, Kadondi’s award proves that Ugandan players are capable of competing and thriving at the sport’s highest level.

Though The Blaze secured their fifth consecutive title, Kadondi’s individual excellence ensured that Uganda also had its moment to celebrate.
