The round of 16 stage in girls’ football at the 2026 Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) took center stage on Monday, 4th May at various playgrounds in Mukono.
Defending champions St Noa Girls Secondary School faced Moyo Stars High School, Nkoma SS battled Rines SS and Kawempe Muslim tussled against St Charles Lwanga Kasasa.
The race for national glory intensifies as the USSSA Girls’ Football Championship enters the Round of 16, with eight high-stakes fixtures lined up for Monday, May 4, across multiple venues.
Uganda Martyrs battled Latifah Mixed at Hilton High School, Boni Consili Girls Vocational School faced Jinja Comprehensive at Nakisunga Playground and Bukedea Comprehensive squared off withStandard High School Zzana at the Seroma Christian High School Stadium.
St Mary’s Magdalene faced JIPRA at UCU Pitch and Sacred Heart Secondary School battled Amus College at Seeta High School A-Level Campus playground.
At stake are quarter final slots whose action will be played on Tuesday, 5th May 2026.
