James Jarieko scored a brace in the opening stanza and Douglas Oyirwoth added the other.
Ntugasaze, just like Paidha Black Angels both have 43 points fetched.
Onduparaka and Young Elephant Academy shared the spoils 1-all in Arua.
Brian Ade scored for the Catarpillars before Hillary Rwothomio found the equalizer.
Bunyaruguru United edged visiting CATDA 1-0 courtesy of Gerald “Mwenda” Ogwetti’s strike.

Isaac Owiny had found the equalizer for Kataka in the 86th minute after Kaaro Karungi had taken the lead through Gideon Onyango.
Mbale Heroes failed to travel to West Nile region for their duel at the Luo stadium in Nebbi town.
This is the second time that Mbale Heroes fails to honour an away game after skipping the trip to Kabale district to face Kigezi Home Boyz.
Mbale Heroes (20), Kaaro Karungi (25), CATDA (27), Wakiso Giants (28) and Soltilo Bright Stars (28) are all in the bottom five places where four teams will be relegated at the end of the season.
