USSSA Boys Football 2026:

  • Match Day 1 – Tuesday, 12th May
  • At various playgrounds in Lira city

It is match day two at the on-going 2026 Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) on Tuesday, 11th May at the different playing fields in Lira city, Northern Uganda.

Like on the opening match day, all the 64 schools in be in action at varying kick-off times as early as 9 AM until 4 PM.

The different schools will be out to present their cases with qualification to the round of 32 ranking aloft on the agenda, particularly for those who won their opening matches.

Virtually six points at the group stage warrant any school qualification to the knock out round, with a game to spare.

The reigning champions Buddo SS won beat Teso College Aleot 2-0 on match day one return to action against Masindi SS at the Lira Town College playground at 9 AM.

Against Teso College Aleot, Aaron Okello and Hilary Tumwine were on target for Buddo S.S

Kyaddondo SS face Jinja Progressive Academy (JIPRA) at Dr Obote playground 2 in Boroboro.

Maximum points for Kyaddondo SS will guarantee Hakim Ssenkumba’s coached side to the round of 32 having won 2-1 against Kigumba Intensive High School on Monday.

Rafael Masuudi and Joseph Kakooza scored for Kyaddondo SS whilst Victor Adoko replied for Kigumba Intensive High School.

Favourites Amus College eye their second victory when they take on Standard High School Ndejje campus at the Lango College playground.

Hosts Lira Town College plays Bukedea Comprehensive South at 11 am.

The official opening ceremony was pushed to Wednesday, 13th May 2026.

The four semi-finalists will earn their tickets to play at the 2026 FEASSA Games due in Morogoro city, Tanzania.
