National Basketball League side City Oilers have added experienced small forward Germaine Roebuck to their roster in the mid-season transfer window.
Roebuck becomes the third signing in the transfer window after acquiring American guard Patrick Roebuck and Jonathan Komagum.
Roebuck is a familiar face in the Oilers’ family since he was part of the squad that represented the Ugandan giants in the Basketball Africa League (BAL).
However, it will be the first time Roebuck plays in the local National Basketball League adding more vibe to the business end of the campaign.
Information close to the club indicates that the player is expected to touch down before play offs.
City Oilers return to action on Saturday, May 16 as they take on Kampala Rockets.
