Stanbic Uganda Cup 2025-2026

Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has confirmed the date and venue for the 52nd Stanbic Uganda Cup final between Kitara and Sports Club Villa.
The FUFA stadium Kadiba in Mengo has been confirmed as the venue for this high profile match whose winner will qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup on 30th May 2026.
The Jogoos made it to the final after a 3-0 aggregate victory over Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) played in two legs.
The opening legs had SC Villa win away 2-0 at Hamz stadium before triumphing 1-0 at their Kadiba fortress in the return leg.


For Kitara, they qualified to the final at the expense of Vipers after that nervy 1-all draw away at the St Mary’s stadium to make it on away goal’s rule.
The first leg at the Royal Park in Butema was goal-less in Hoima city.
Kitara will be seeking to claim their second title as SC Villa eyes an unprecedented 10th title.
The Stanbic Uganda Cup has been played since 1971. It remains a prestigious championship since it involves all the football clubs from different divisions, including the non-clubs.
Entry fees for the final have been set at Ug.Shs 20,000 and Ug.Shs 50,000 for ordinary and VIP respectively.
