The head coach of the Morocco National Team “A” Mr. Mohamed Ouahbi unveiled a final list of 26 players selected to play in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be jointly organized in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Ouahbi named the team during a press conference held at the Mohammed VI complex in Rabat city.
The team has three goalkeepers in Munir El Kajoui (RS Berkane), Yassine Bounou (Al Hilal) and Ahmed Reda Tagnaouti (AS FAR).
Tagnaouti is the only home-based player in the squad.

The defenders include Noussair Mazraoui (Manchester United), Anass Salah Eddine (PSV Eindhoven), Youssef Belammari (Al Ahly), Achraf Hakimi (Paris Saint Germain), Zakaria El Ouahdi (KRC Genk), Chadi Riad (Crystal Palace), Nayef Aguerd (Olympique Marseille), Redouane Halhal (K.V Mechelen) and Issa Diop (Fulham).


The midfielders on the team are; Samir El Mourabet (RC Strasbourg Al Sace), Ayyoub Bouaddi (Losc Lille), Neil El Aynaoui (AS Roma), Sofyan Ambrabat (Real Betis), Azzedine Ounahi (Girona), Bilal El Khannouss (VFB Stuttgart) and Ismael Saibari (PSV Eindehoven).

On the frontline are Abdessamad Ezzalzouli (Real Betis), Chemdine Talbi (Sunderland), Soufiane Rahimi (Al Ain), Ayoub El Kaabi (Olympiacos), Brahim Diaz (Real Madrid), Yassine Gessime (Strasbourg Al Sace) and Ayoube Amaimouni Echghouyabe (Eintract Frankfurt).
