Kangawo Ronald Mulondo urged the team to work an extra mile to achieve success. In the same vein, the free spending team Patron preached discipline, diligence and teamwork as the key leads to the team’s much anticipated success.
Bulemeezi Ssaza football team officially unveiled their full squad in preparation for the 2026 Buganda Masaza Cup tournament which commences in June.
The unveiling ceremony took place on Wednesday, 27th May 2026 at the Kosovo stadium in Luweero where the team will host their home games.

In attendance was the Bulemeezi Ssaza chief Kangawo Ronald Mulondo, team patron Frank Mutalaga, chairperson Jonathan Yiga other management committee members, fans and well-wishers.




The team formidable squad:
The team has a couple of several tested players across the departments; goalkeeping, midfielder and attack.
Reagan Mukisa, David Wafula and Jovan Sembatya are the three goalkeepers.


King-pin defender Pariyo Calvin Ba Ogubezo, skipper Steven Mugisha Eria Kirumira Ssebuunya and Isaac Makubuya are stand –outs in defence among others.
Owen Rusongonza and Simon Katumba, both former winners of this championship lead the cast of midfielders that also have Leonard Kasaanya, Jonathan Luyone, Gerard Kakande and Icon Jordan, among others.

The task to seek the much-needed goals is embedded upon the forwards in Shafik duo of Nyanzi and Ssonko, Julius Lukyamuzi, Michael Onyango and Eric Kibirige.
There was a friendly match against Saleh Tiles team that won 1-0 over Bulemeezi, a checkmate that head coach Leo Ssekamatte and the entire backroom will use to steer the team going forward.


In his address, Kangawo Mulondo urged the team to work an extra mile to achieve success.
“I challenge you to work hard and win the trophy. There will be the full support accorded to the team” Kangawo Mulondo revealed.

The free spending Mutalaga, the team captain preached discipline, diligence and teamwork as the key leads to the team’s much anticipated success.
“This is a good motivated team that we have assembled that every team should be envious about. We need teamwork, discipline for both players and fans and hardwork if we are to achieve the success” Mutalaga, a businessman remarked.



Bulemeezi is caged in Masengere group alongside Kyaggwe, Busiro, Gomba, Ssese and Mawokota.
The official kick-off date is Saturday, June 13th, as the cup holders Buweekula host Kyaddondo in Mubende.
