Miya extended Vipers’ lead in the 38th with an easy finish after Garde Républicaine’s backline failed to clear its lines.
At the stroke of the first half, Karim Watambala made it three for Vipers, thanks to Odili Chukwuma’s well-weighted delivery.
With two minutes to the hour mark, Vipere made three changes, introducing Yunus Sentamu, Milton Karisa and Glodi Beyuku for Chukwuma, Usama Arafat and Gusto Mulongo.
In the 70th minute, Patrick Mbowa, Derrick Ndahiro and Marvin Youngman came on for Watambala, Nicholas Mwere and Asraf Mandela.
