Uganda will be represented by five volleyball teams at the 2026 Federation of East African Secondary Schools Sports Association (FEASSA) Games due in Morogoro, Tanzania.
Katikamu SDA, Seroma Christian High School and Bukedea Comprehensive School are the two ladies teams.
The boys’ docket has Namugongo Vocational and Secondary School as well as Bukedea Comprehensive School.
These Ugandan schools aim for glory at the perennial games where they expect stiff resistance and competition from Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzanian teams.

Females:
The teams in Group A (ladies) include; Mwengele (Tanzania), Seroma Christian High School (Uganda), G.S Ndangaburezi (Rwanda), Kesogon (Kenya) and Lumala (Tanzania)
Group B has Soweto (Kenya), Mwitoti, Bukedea Comprehensive School (Uganda), Mwanhuzi (Tanzania) and Katikamu SDA (Ugand).
Males:
In the male category; Matiliku (Tanzania), Chesamis (Kenya), Nyanza TSS (Rwanda), Bukedea Comprehensive School (Uganda) and Lumala (Tanzania) are in Group A.
Group B has Chepsaita (Kenya), Namugongo Vocational and Secondary School (Uganda), Kajunjumele (Tanzania), Ecole Technique Etincelante (Burundi), St Jerome SS Ndama and Kaliua (Tanzania)
The FEASSA Games bring together schools from Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya and Uganda.
This year’s championship officially commences on Wednesday, 12th August 2026.

The Ugandan delegation was officially flagged off on Saturday, 8th August 2026 by the state minister for sports Hon. Peter Ogwang.
Most of the schools had travel delays as the paperwork for drivers and their buses was being completed.
