FEASSA Games 2026 (Girls Football)

Final Group Stage matches – Wednesday, 19th August

9:00 AM:

  • Rines Secondary School (Uganda) Vs PSB Huye (Rwanda) – Highland Sports Complex
  • ZIBA S.S (Tanzania) Vs Jinja Progressive Academy (Uganda) – Muslim University of Morogoro Stadium
  • Nyakach Girls (Kenya) Vs Fountain Gate (Tanzania) – Ujenzi playground

3: 00 PM:

  • Alliance SS (Tanzania) Vs Boni Consili Vocational & Secondary School (Uganda) – Ujenzi playground
  • St Joseph’s Girls Kitale (Kenya) Vs Kilombero SS (Tanzania) – Highland Sports Complex

The group stages of girls’ football at the ongoing 2026 FEASSA Games in Morogoro, Tanzania wind down majestically on Wednesday, 19th August.

With two places sealed, it is the battle for two semi-final slots at stake ahead of mouth-watering battles at different venues.

Already qualified Rines Secondary School from Uganda (with 4 victories) play their last Group A contest against Rwanda’s PSB Huye at the Highland Sports Complex.

The reigning Uganda national champions ought to use the fixture to accord ample playing time to many of the players who have not featured prominently in the championship thus far.

In the other Group A contests, ZIBA S.S (Tanzania) faces Jinja Progressive Academy (Uganda) at the Muslim University of Morogoro stadium while Nyakach Girls (Kenya) take on Fountain Gate (Tanzania) at Ujenzi playground.

Group B:

Group B comes in the afternoon with two games on the card at 3 PM concurrently.

Tanzania’s Alliance SS will play Boni Consili Vocational & Secondary School (Uganda) at Ujenzi playground.

“There is nothing left to chance than fight for maximum points and qualify to the semifinals,” Biba Nenchamba, Boni Consili Vocational & Secondary School captain remarked.

At the same time, St Joseph’s (Kenya) shall take on Kilombero SS (Tanzania) at the Highland Sports Complex.

Amus College School leads Group B with 8 points and remains unbeaten.

Both the girls and boys’ semifinals shall be played on Friday, 21st August 2026 prior to the final showdown.

There are various indoor and outdoor games at the FEASSA Games which climax on Saturday, 22nd August 2026.

Hosts Tanzania are joined by Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi.
