Express begin new era as they visit BUL at the Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru on Sunday.
The Red Eagles have gone under a lot of changes with Morley Byekwaso taking charge and a squad that has undergone an overhaul with over 19 new faces.
There is massive hope that the club will perform better than the previous 4-5 seasons where they had underwhelming performances and getting a good result away to BUL will bring that optimism to reality.
Byekwaso is expected to hand debuts to Rogers Atube, Shafik Batambuze, Mathias Kigonya and former BUL forward Isaac Wagoina who is back at the club.
Other new faces expected to play a part include returning Alpha Ssali and musician cum footballer Derrick ‘Rickman’ Ddungu.
Meanwhile, BUL also made an overhaul in their squad with over eleven players leaving in the window.
All eyes will be on Ugandan youth international Okello to inspire the Jinja based side on the afternoon with Edward Masembe, Faizo Matovu and midfielders George Kasonko and Pascal Ngobi leading the inexperienced squad.
Elsewhere on Sunday, Maroons host URA which begins new era under Jimmy Kintu Mwera at Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku.
