Uganda Premier League outfit NEC FC have completed the signing of dynamic forward Marvin Oshaba from Maroons FC in the ongoing campaign.
Oshaba, who joined the Luzira-based side in 2025, established himself as a key figure in the squad’s attack.
The versatile forward finished as Maroons FC’s top goalscorer in the recent FUFA Super 8 tournament and opened his campaign in the current Uganda Premier League season with a goal against Ntungasaze.
Maroons FC confirmed the departure of the energetic attacker in an official club statement, praising his professionalism, tactical flexibility, and goal-scoring record during his time at the club.
“Maroons FC can confirm that forward Marvin Oshaba has completed a permanent transfer to NEC FC for an undisclosed fee,” the club website reads
Despite the departure of their top forward, Maroons FC reassured supporters about their depth in the final third.
The club has bolstered its frontline with the acquisition of experienced forward Fred Amaku, alongside several emerging youth prospects expected to fill the void.
