Vipers SC will face Kigezi HomeBoyz FC in a rearranged Uganda Premier League fixture on Thursday, November 12, 2026.

The encounter, which will be played at Rwamwanja Stadium in Kamwenge District, is scheduled to kick off at 4:00pm.

The fixture had initially been scheduled for Saturday, December 5, but has now been brought forward by more than three weeks.

The two sides were initially unable to face each other earlier in the campaign because Vipers were engaged in continental football, necessitating the postponement of the league encounter.

The rescheduling means the Venoms will now make the trip to Kamwenge earlier than initially anticipated as they continue their domestic campaign.

For Kigezi HomeBoyz, the encounter presents an opportunity to take on one of the league’s established sides on home territory, with Rwamwanja Stadium set to host the rearranged contest.

Both teams come into this game after bringing an end to poor runs. Vipers’ win against Lugazi put an end to a three-game winless run while Kigezi edged Mbarara in their maiden victory of the campaign.

Both teams will now turn their attention to preparations for Thursday’s encounter.
