MISINDYE SOANA 1-3 BUNAMWAYA SC.
A brace from on form hit man Ceaser Okhuti and a goal from centre back Ronald Sseku were enough for Edward Golola’s Bunamwaya to dump out big league side Misindye Soana from the Bell Uganda Cup to advance to the quarter finals.
The game was played at MUBS grounds, Nakawa. Ceaser Okhuti struck in the 21st and 32nd minute before Ronald Sseku added the third in the 45th minute. Misindye pulled one back in the second half but it wasn’t enough to oust the 2009 league Champions.
Since his return, the former Ediofe marksman Ceaser Okhuti has now scored 8 goals in 6 games in all competitions. Bunamwaya will now host Police FC in the quarter finals. The Wakiso based side are favorites to lift the trophy.
