Pros arrive

Ugandan professional players playing their football in Europe and elsewhere have started arriving for the decisive Orange Africa Cup of Nations qualifier with Harambee stars this Saturday at Mandela stadium.

Andy Mwesigwa, Hassan Wasswa, Dennis Onyango and Isaac Isinde joined the national camp today to increase the number of players ahead of the highly billed  East Africa derby this weekend. David Obua, Ibrahim Sekagya, Nestroy Kizito, Abbey Dhaira, Tony Mawejje and Geoffrey Massa are expected in the country tomorrow to fill up the camp ahead of the game.

Journalists from Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and international media like BBC world service are expected in the country for the tie. Kenya’s prime minister and vice-president Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka are expected to lead a strong force of around 7,000 fans to watch this highly charged East African derby.
