Four teams still have to make a final journey to Mukono for this Saturday’s final matches for the UCU Open Championship. Hosts UCU women will struggle to end this season’s campaign with a trophy at least as they take on a wounded KCCA.
Many have called the match a ‘third place play-off after the two sides were eliminated from the semifinal playoff of the national league. Sport-S will have to overcome their early exit from play-offs to fight and win their fourth title for the season in the men’s category against Nkumba.
Nkumba who have their minds set on winning their second league title shall use the match as a build up for game two of the finals next week.
