UPDF FC winless run in the league reached eleven games as they played out a two-all draw against NEC FC on Tuesday in Bombo.
The Army Side has now picked maximum points since 9th November last year when they defeated BUL FC 2-0 at home.
Since then, UPDF FC have managed just two draws and losing the other nine games.
On Tuesday, UPDF FC took the lead through Bashir Kabuye who found the back of the net in the 41st minute to give his team the lead heading into the mandatory break.
The visitors returned recharged after recess and scored two quick goals.
First, captain Marvin Kavuma levelled matters at the hour mark before Cromwell Rwothomio fired them into the lead five minutes later.
The lead for NEC was however short lived with UPDF FC finding the equalizer in the 72nd minute through Christopher Kambugu.
The result means UPDF remain second from bottom on ten points while NEC FC stay put in fourth place on 31 points same as Vipers SC who are a position ahead.
