French publication Le Dauphine reports that Philip Wokorach has joined Rugby Club Orléans.

“After four seasons spent in Bédarrides/Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Nationale 2), Ugandan Philip Wokorach decided to join the Orléans club, which has just obtained its promotion to Nationale 2,” reads the publication in part.
