The first ever edition of the Emiti Emito primary schools football tournament will take place at the Africa Junior primary school in Bulenga.
At least twenty (20) schools are targeted during this U-13 tournament which will be held on a 7X7 format.
The official launch of this tournament was held on Wednesday, 31st July 2024 at the Africa Junior Primary School.

“The Emiti Emito primary schools football tournament is intended to give the pupils a competitive spirit and promote fitness. We encourage schools to come and take part on the 10th August 2024” Joseph Bukenya, director of Africa Junior Primary School Bulenga remarked.
Primary schools around Bulenga, Bulaga, Nankuwande, Nateete, Buloba, Kikaaya and elsewhere are encouraged to come and be part.
“We encourage parents and school teachers to bring their children in this tournament. It will help to improve talents of the pupils” Hakim Magumba, head teacher of Africa Junior Primary school states.

Some of the already confirmed schools include the hosts Africa Junior Primary school Bulenga, White Angels Primary School Bulenga, Lincoln Primary School, Wisdom Preparatory School Bulenga among others.
Two play grounds will be used for the tournament. During the launch, the national emblem, Crested Cranes kept hoving around the main playground at Africa Junior School Bulenga as they feasted on the small insects.
