With 55 players and 1 guest player in action at the par 71 golf course David Scanlon, claimed the overall day’s honours with a score of 69 nett to beat of a minimal field at the unpredictable course in Entebbe.
Handicap 1 player Patrick Mwaka, was group A winner with 75 nett while Denis Kahindi, playing off handicap 14 was group B winner with 72 nett. Timothy Mwandha, was group C winner returning with 73 nett on count back.
Entebbe’s top lady golfer Irene Nakalembe started where she stopped by winning the ladie’s crown with a score of 74 and putting herself in early mood for the season Edgar Kamara, was the guest winner with 74 nett.
