Mutoni Warriors were Friday match day winners against University side Impis with a 13-03 final score at Legends Rugby Grounds.

Impis continued their disappointing away streak with this dreaded loss that could have signed, stamped and sealed their misfortune of completing in the bottom half of the Premiership table before the Christmas break.

Hilary Semusu opened up the scoring on the cold evening for Mutoni Warriors to give the home side a handy five point advantage until Opentho Collin crashed over for the second.

Impis hit back brilliantly through last weekend’s man of the match against Ezee Money Rhinos Henry Nsekuye who kicked through the uprights courtesy of a penalty to reduce the deficit by three.

Gabriel Aredo as earlier anticipated sealed Mutoni Warriors win with a try though kicking continued to haunt the outfit as both of the tries weren’t converted with good kicks.
