International Build up matches:
- 27th March 2026: Austria Vs Ghana – Vienna city (5:00 PM)
- 30th March 2026: Germany Vs Ghana – Stuttgart city (8:45 PM)
The Ghana Football Federation (GFF) has confirmed two high profile international friendly matches to help the Black Stars prepare for the forth coming FIFA World Cup (11th June to 19th July 2026).
Ghana Black Stars will face Austria and Germany during the month of March in Europe.
On 27th March 2026, Austria shall host Ghana in Vienna city during the first contest.
Three days later, Germany will entertain Ghana in Stuttgart city for the second build up match.
Meanwhile, the Black Stars will play Mexico in North America during the May international break (22nd) at a yet to be confirmed venue.
At the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Ghana Black Stars is pooled in Group L alongside England, Croatia and Panama.
Ghana will open up their campaign against Panama on 18th June 2026at the BMO Field in Toronto, Canada.
