Uganda Vs Fiji 11:20am Local Time (4:20am, Ugandan Time)

Uganda She Cranes fired a warning shot in Pool D at the 2015 Netball World Cup with a commanding 74-38 win over Zambia on Friday.

Peace Proscovia’s sharp shooting saw Uganda record their highest World Cup score and also biggest winning margin.

The She Cranes will take the floor of AllPhones Arena on Saturday morning for their second Pool D game against Fiji who lost to Wales 59-52 in their opener.

The team will have to put in all their efforts that skipper, Peace Proscovia said won them the game against Zambia as they look to advance out of the groups.

The She Cranes defense that was anchored by Wing Defender, Lillian Ajio will again have to be top notch against a side that’s chasing their first victory at the tournament.

GD Betty Namukasa and GK Stella Nanteza will have to best again with the deflections and interceptions to keep out Fiji’s GS Taraima Mitchell who shot at 100 percentage against Wales and WA Unouna Afa Rusivakula.

Ruth Meme’s pin point passing will be important to get Proscovia, Racheal Nanyonga and probably Stella Oyella going at the basket.

For Fiji, GK Mere Rabuka Neiliko, GD Matila Vitorina Waqanidrola and WD Sera Dakuitoga are up for a tough task of containing the She Cranes up tempo ball movement and dominance in attack.

In the other Pool D game, Zambia will be looking for the first tournament win on Sunday morning when they take on Wales who edged Fiji in the opener.
