Is he trying to deflect the pressure from his superiors at City hall or not? KCC’s head coach Matia Lule, has blasted the press ahead of his club’s encounter with Fire Masters at Mandela stadium in a Bell Lager Uganda Super League encounter.
“I am going to stop talking to certain sections of the media because when you talk to them they misquote you and make situations for coaches so difficult,”
Lule told Kawowo sports. “They try to put a club in a situation that their is crisis and that distabilises the mood with the players.”
Lule did not mention any particular names. KCC has registered one win out of six outings and lie second last in the 15 team Bell Lager Uganda Super League.
“It’s an important game for us and if we win it could be a turning point for us,” Lule added. “I respect Fire Masters and they are a good side, but we want to win this game.”
Fire Masters FC lies in the 12 position.
