KCC football club is yet to line up possible candidates for the job of coaching the club according to the club’s spokesman Aldrine Nsubuga.
“Matia Lule is on a two month suspension by the club and as we investigate him for instigating the recent strike by the players of the club,” Nsubuga said. “At the moment we haven’t sought any replacements and it hasn’t been a matter for discussion at the
executive level right now Morley Byekwaso, will take up coaching responsibilities for the moment.”
The club has suspended the coach for two months as they investigate the coach for his conduct. KCC last Friday beat Fire Masters 4-0 registering their second win in the Bell Lager Super League, but even after they suspended their coach.
“After his suspension he will have to write a report and after reviewing it we shall take action of either sacking or retaining him,” Nsubuga stated.
The club has also appointed James Kabugo, on the club’s executive to streamline issues with the club concerning financial and football matters and will be reporting to Executive director of Kampala Capital City Authority Jennifer Musisi.
