Uganda falls in latest FIFA rankings

Uganda’s not so impressive results on the international scene have had an effect on the country’s rankings in the latest Coca Cola FIFA rankings that where released today with the nation dropping four places to 92.

Uganda’s drop was due to their lost recently to the Pharoahs of Egypt in an international friendly its the first time that Uganda has dropped this low with the national team getting prepared for a hectic period in June where they will play two World Cup qualifiers with Palancas Negras from Angola, away and a home tie against Lions of Teranga, Senegal together  with a AFCON qualifier with Congo Brazzaville.

Uganda has picked up 362 points which has been a drop from the previous haul of 388 thus putting them in the position that they are in presently.

Rwanda lies 105 and is a non-mover in the listings while Kenya is 117 and dropped four points to its current post with Tanzania lying in 145 position and has also dropped four places.
