Wanderers vs. Tornado – Kyambogo Cricket Oval
Frank Nsubuga’s Tornado will seek refuge from poor budding form after a 3 wicket loss to Charity Trust Fund last Sunday in the Multiple Industries’ National cricket league.
Frank Nsubuga (2/14) and Asadu Seyiga (2/16) did not savor their side as the rain hampered their run figures under the D/L rule.
Wanderers on the on the other side had a 14 run win over hapless Rounders in Jinja and seem to be overcoming the poor form they exhibited in the Championship and National T20 tournaments early this year.
Davis Arinaitwe, Deusdedit Muhumuza and Arnold Otwani will need to keep stringent bowling and fielding if they are to overcome the Tornado storm.
National team experience will be vital for Tornado on Sunday should the weather have a say in Kyambogo.
Tornado cricket club are the reigning National T20 League winners.
