URA FC skipper Manko Kaweesa says that his club will play for a win and not for a draw when they visit Masaka LC at Masaka Recreation Ground in the second leg of the Bell Uganda Cup semi-finals this afternoon. “We are going for a win. Yes, we know a draw will also enable us reach the finals but at this club, we play for less than a win”, said the dreadlocked captain.
It should be noted that Masaka LC beat URA FC 2-0 on their last visit in the league and the midfielder knows what to expect. “They have a formidable home record and an
intimidating atmosphere at the Recreation but that will count less for them this time. They beat us on our last visit but then we put that behind us and revenged in the Cup. This is a cup final at stake”, he added.
URA FC have a two goal advantage and the Buddu based side must score three un answered goals or two to take the tie to penalties if they to have a chance of reaching their first ever Cup finals in history.
