2012 FUBA League: Falcons fail KIU test

Record national league champions struggled to register their third win of the Fuba league when they fell to KIU Titans 56-64. In game that had high expectations at the beginning as the first quarter ended 19-19.

The Titans took the second 13-15 only for Falcons to tie the third 10-10, before the Kasanga based University ran off with the last 14-20. Former falcons star Richard Osano had a game high of 18 points with a total of 12 rebounds and four assists.

Stephen Omony topped for Falcons with 16 points, collected five rebounds and only three assists.
In the only division two game, Livingstone narrowly lost to Crane high 43-47. But earlier in the day, last year’s lady finalists KCC leopards stopped Magic Stormers 75-43.
