Bodi's 95 sinks Nile in Cricket League

He may have fallen short of a century but his 95 runs were bubbly for his side’s 83-run win over Nile at Kyambogo oval yesterday. Nehal Bodi’s batting efforts in the first innings together with Davis Karashani’s 40 got Wanderers to recover from an 82-run loss that they suffered eight days ago.

Even Brian Masaba’s 2/35 and Edmond Musasira’s 2/45 could not save a wagging Nile from the defeat.

Emmanuel Hasakya and Ahmad Shezhod’s half centuries put Nile at 168 but were only shy of the 251 target.

Karashani and Izak Lubega collected two wickets apiece as they tore Nile’s batting arsenal.Bodi’s performance earned him the man ofhe match prize.
