MAROONS FC 0-0 BUNAMWAYA SC
Bunamwaya SC’s winless streak continued this afternoon after being held by Maroons FC to a barren draw in Luzira. Edward Golola’s side has now gone four games on the trot with out a win losing three and drawing once. The side’s last win came on 14th of April, a 2-1 win over KCC FC. Since then, it has lost to Water FC (2-1), Simba SC (0-1), and URA FC (1-0) in the Cup final and a barren draw today.
Both sides missed lots of chances in the game and the final whistle came with out any side breaking the deadlock. Bunamwaya are now fourth on the table with 44 points while Maroons are tenth on 33 points with five games remaining to complete their season. With URA FC winning 1-0 against Hoima-Busia today, Bunamwaya remain a massive six points behind the league leaders.
