
Corporate companies raised 30 million shillings to fight malaria in the one day PSHCF fundraising golf tournament at the par 72 Kitante golf course on Friday.
The stableford points tournament was won by Standard Chartered Bank that was made up of Arthur Kiwanuka who returned with 36 points others in the team included Don Gorman with 44 points Omondi Makolo with 24 and Ann Abeja Muhwezi with 33 points giving the overall title with 113 points.
The money raised from this tournament is meant to fight malaria in the slums of Kampala as they seek to eradicate the sickness in the country.
MTN team II was runner-up with a total of 104 points it had Khulile Dlamini with 36 points,Semra Sumertas with 28 points Tony Glengross with 40 points.
