falcons

Fixtures:

KCC Leopards Vs Gladiators 6:30pm
Nkumba Marines Vs Falcons 8:30pm

Title hopefuls, Falcons will be back on the court this evening to face Nkumba Marines in pursuit if league leaders, Kyambogo Warriors. Falcons have won six straight games including a first round 80-44 win over former champions, Nkumba Marines in June.

Falcons (11-2) and Marines (5-8) have played a game

less than other teams in the division. A win for falcons (which is most likely) will see them leap into second place, a point behind Warriors and two ahead of Power, Titans and Canons at 10-4. Both teams come into the game off wins.

Marines beat Giant Stormers 58-51 on Saturday and falcons blew out Victoria University Heaters 83-43 on the same day.

Meanwhile in the women’s division, after suffering the biggest loss of the season on Sunday, Gladiators will face similar trouble when they play KCC Leopards.

Gladiators (7-7) were routed by UCU Lady Canons 120-30 as Claire Lamuno scored half of Gladiators’ points and blocked 6 shots and will be back on court to face second placed Leopards (12-1)
