Cranes’ skipper Andrew Mwesigwa side FC Ordabasy Shymkent will have to do homework before they encounter their next opponents. The side suffered their third straight Kazahkstan Premier League loss at home yesterday to log leaders Shakhtyor Karagandy. It was a 75 minute strike from Latvian Edward Vishnyakov that handed the visitors all the three points at Qajimuqan Muñaytpasov stadium.
It was Karagandy’s fifth win in their last six games and they remained atop the 14-man table with 41 points from 20 outings. Ordabasy remained sixth with 29 points and a goal difference of +5.
