Undefeated Minnesota based pugilist Ismail “Sharp Shooter” Muwendo, has moved up in weight class from featherweight to super featherweight as he seeks for better fights on the boxing scene.

His manager and trainer Scott Tolzmann recently sent a message to boxrec.com a boxer’s record data bank informing the website that his boxer for the last two years has been able to fight in the 126 pound class and was seeking correction.

Muwendo recently extended his unbeaten streak in the ring with an impressive show of power and skill as he recorded his eighth knockout with a win over Robert DaLuz as he defended his US Mid American featherweight title at the Crown Plaza in Saint Paul,Minnesota.

The sleek and hard punching Ugandan fighter is (10-0, 8 KOs) and has won six out of his last six fights.

He turned professional in 2009 and is rapidly rising up the ranks in his State as he eyes more lucrative fights outside his state and beyond.
