Uganda Cranes skipper Andrew Mwesigwa is expected to arrive into the country this Friday Morning to join the team for the preparations ahead of the highly anticipated AFCON qualifier against African Champions Zambia.
This was told to Kawowo sports by the national team media Officer Katende Malibu on Thursday evening immediately Coach Bobby Williamson named his squad for the do or die match.
According to Katende, other professional players such as Moses Oloya is expected in the country on Saturday, TP Mazembe midfielder Patrick Ochan will arrive on Monday, while Iceland based duo of custodian Abel Dhaira and midfielder Tony Mawejje will arrive on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the team returned Thursday from Botswana and will resume training on Friday morning at Mandela stadium, Namboole and enters camp immediately at Sky Hotel. The team will leave for Zambia on Thursday 6th September and will take on Chipolopolo on Saturday 8th at Levy Mwanawasa stadium in Ndola.
