Toyota Buffaloes Vs DMark Kobs -3:00 P.M

MTN Heathens Vs G4S Pirates -5:00 P.M

The National Nile Special Rugby Semifinals shall be played this Saturday with an incredible Double header fiixture at Kyadondo Rugby grounds.

The Toyota Buffaloes, who finished 2nd on the log will open the floodgates with former champions, D Mark Kobs in a mouth watering fixture at 3:00 PM before defending Champions, MTN Heathens encounter G4S  Pirates.

The two fixtures will be eye catching encounters for the rugby fraternity as either teams have equally proportioned chances of progressing to the dream finals, the first since the change in the format of play for the national league.

The Toyota  Buffaloes enter the fixture agianst D Mark Kobs with a slight psycological advantage, having won the regular season fixture over their opponents. The same can be said of MTN Heathens, who have not lost a single game ever since the 2013 season. But Pirates should not be taken for granted as they were the only team in the league that denied Heathens a Bonus point during their 24-16 loss at Kyadondo.

Toyota Buffaloes will pray that Philip Pariyo, Gerald Ssewankambo and forward Joel Gonza reproduce the regular season form to counter D Mark Kob’s Aredo, Scrum half Kevin MarkMot and company.

Marvin Odong, Davis Kiwalabye and Veteran Anthony Kinene will be the key men for the G4S Pirates while the Wokoroach duo of Phillip and Micheal, Bishop Onen, Jasper Ochen, and Captain Alex Mubiru are expected to drive the Heathens.

The Kyadondo fans at the games will not only enjoy the thrills of  the games, but also will have a chance to win a trip to the Dubai Rugby Sevens and the Elgon Cup in Nairobi. A fan will have to buy tow Nile Specials, to enter a draw to stand the chance of winning.

Entrance between noon and 2:30 pm is free while 5000/= for those spectators who will come after 2:30 p.m. Students and nurses in uniform pay only 3000/=.
