There is no holding back. Six different venues will be graced by pool diehards and players as the Nile Special National Pool Open Western region qualifiers get under way.
“There is a lot of anxiety for these qualifiers,” Pool Association of Uganda publicist Micheal Mawanda told Kawowo Sports. “And we are more than ready to leave them satisfied this weekend,” he added.
Kabale’s Agaba Tevern, Rukungiri’s Caves Inn, Ntungamo’s Ambiance Pub and Ibanda’s Panorama will have action on Friday evening. The business will wind up at Ishaka’s Muggles/Pals Bar and Mbarara’s Desert Island Bar on Saturday.
But Mawanda insists there are no many familiar figures set to take the lime light in the six districts. “There are so many good players and new faces are going to reign.
“So many names are going to come up and use this platform.” he added.
It is just about six weeks left to the finals slated for Lugogo Stadium on August 31. Also to mention, a few players will hit the road and try to secure the available 12 slots.
