Mutoni Warriors Vs G4S Pirates – Legends (4:30 pm)
Toyota Bufflaloes Vs Easy Money Rhinos -Kyadondo (2:30 pm)
Arguably the biggest game the local rugby calendar has to offer is around the clock. Kyadondo Rugby grounds will not be a suitable venue for the faint hearted souls as the 2013/14 champions elect, D’Mark kobs visit MTN Heathens.
Previously, battles between arch rivals, D’Mark Kobs and MTN Heathens were as eye-catching and exciting as a rocket scientist would be on his research expeditions.
When the two sides face off this Saturday in the Nile Special Rugby league fixture at Kyadondo, Kobs, already with the ‘champions elect’ tag will be facing a severely wounded Heathens side, pride and nothing else will be at stake to fight for.
“We are champions already and basically we would like to prove that the first round victory over them was not a fluke”, says Musajja, a Kobs player. D’Mark Kobs had won the first leg 19 – 11 in December.
In other fixtures, Mutoni Warriors will be out to fight the relegation monster with that encounter against G4S Pirates while the Buffaloes shall be etching to thump the Rhinos.
In the Northern town of Lira, home team, the Bulls host the Entebbe Sadolin Paints sponsored Mongers. The Mongers won the first leg 41 – 10 at the house of pain den in Entebbe.
