The Senior pool league and league one matches continued to produce contrasting results.
Defending Champions, Scrap Yard were held to a 10 all home draw by Nakawa Pool Rangers.
Skipper Ali Ssebana struggled and he eventually lost against Moses Alphy in the last game.
“I know we have good players but we need to wake up and solve our problems when it’s still early” said Sebana conceded.
Inspired by the reigning National Champion, Jonah ‘Joker’ Turigye and the clinical Wasswa Kayiiya, Scrap Yard Scrap rallied back to win 4 – 16 against Capital Nite.
Skin Samona run continues:
Record champions, Skin Samona, who have not lost a game from the 12 outings (36 points) thus far continued with their impressive form.
Buoyed by Sula Matova and Alfred Gumisiriza’s heroics, Skin Samona won away 12 – 8 against Volts before crushing Global.com 16 – 4 at their Wakaliga base.
Isabella/Gals Pool Club Isabella/Gals had earlier on Saturday edged Ntinda’s Spice Pool Club 13-7.
PAU Pool League One:
Ntinda Pool Club became the first team to score the highest goal margin when they clashed Police Pool Club 19-1 at Rock Catalina, Ntinda.
Through Akoyo Grace, Kakiza Kenneth, Semata Jimmy, Meddie Abdul and Musanje Denis, Ntinda Pool Club was untouchable.
Musanje Denis lost one game and gave the visitors to score the only goal they claimed.
Earlier on Saturday, Ntinda Pool Club survived Boat Pool Club at Boat Kampala Road thanks to Grace Akoyo who brought in the winner against Boat’s Captain Isaac.
In other games Nansana’s Club Icon won Masindi’s Red Shooters 14-6 in a game that started with both sides winning the first two sets.
