Rwanda Vs Uganda

Rwanda Football Federation has finally broken the silence and declared Rubavu stadium in Gashenyi country as the venue for the U-17 return leg qualifier clash between Rwanda and Uganda.

The match whose winner on aggregate faces Zambia or Bostwana will be played on Friday at 2 pm.

“Rwanda has kept us guessing up to Tuesday but all the same the game will be played in Rwanda. We are traveling today (by road) ready for the game”, Matia Lule, Uganda’s head coach told Kawowo Sports on Tuesday.

Rubavu is over 150 Km from the capital, Kigali.

The team, which has been camping at Njeru Technical center had their last training session at Nakivubo Stadium for 2 hours.

Matia Lule named the traveling team to Rwanda with the only surprise being Luwalo Kipper’s exclusion.
Kipper missed the Seychelles and Rwandan first leg due to injury.
