2014 Nile Special National Open Draws:

At Emerald Hotel, Bombo road.
After 3 Rounds of the Pool Association of Uganda (PAU) top seeded player players’ tourney, Alfred ‘Black Sheep’ Gumisiriza has taken over the mantle from Skin Samona club mate, Amos Ndyagumanawe.
In the event dubbed as the Pool king of the table, a tourney for the top seeded pool players in the country (top 8 per gender), former national champion, Black Sheep is in splendid form.
“I want to reach the national open finals in this fine form and reclaim my title”, Gumisiiza, also called Black Sheep by the pool fraternity affirms to Kawowo Sports.
The Pool Association of Uganda (PAU) top seeded players in either gender have now played that tourney at Lumas Pub along Namirembe road in Kampala for the past 3 Fridays.
The games are being played on a round robin format with the winner expected to smile home with a great prize.
The top seeded male players do not play the national qualifiers for the Nile Special pool championships.
The draws for the national open championships of the year 2014 shall be held at Emerald Hotel on Monday in Kampala.
128 players will know their respective opponents by the close of business on Monday.
Jonah ‘Joker’ Turigye is the tournament’s defending Champion, whose winner will drive home a brand new Toyota brevis and pocket 2M with a pool table.
