Ezee Money Rhinos earned their second victory in a row after defeating Mutoni Warriors 10-25 at Legends Rugby Grounds on Saturday.

Mutoni Warriors who were seeking maiden victory at home following their 64-03 fall to Heathens at Kyadondo, failed to match their opponents in blazing hot sun that had field temperatures unusually extreme.

By half time both teams were already exhausted by the early afternoon match, that remained in favour of Rhinos who were leading 3-10.

Second half had Mutoni Warriors stuck in their half as Ezee Money Rhinos who were clad in black and green jersey piled pressure with consistent attacks.

Marshall Tchumkam did not feature for the Rhinos despite guiding to victory last weekend. Kevin Makmot and new recruit Semwami Daudi took charge of the onslaught.

And although their handling and grip was disaster at the flanks, Rhinos won numerous throw-ins, scoring a record two tries in the final for three altogether.

Scrum half Musisi Henry scored Warriors only try in the final minutes to salvage a successful conversion and 10 points for the weekend encounter. Coach Hebert Wafula was at home for the first time this season but unfortunately lost his second match at the helm.
