Police FC 2-1 Express FC
After five win-less matches on the bounce, Police FC finally returned to winning ways with a 2-1 win over Express FC at Kavumba Recreation grounds.
The Cops whose previous win had come against Sadolin Paints FC at the same venue on October 7 had Umar Kasumba to thank.
The forward scored a brace to take his tally of the campaign to seven goals where he is joint leading scorer with URA’s Robert Ssentongo and SC Villa’s Karim Ndugwa.
Express FC’s consolation was scored by skipper Willy Kavuma.
Despite winning, Police remain 7th on the table but with 16 points while Express FC also remain stagnant in 4th with 20 points.
