Lweza F.C persisted with their lackluster performance when they dug in a gusty goalless draw against Kira young on Friday at Muteesa II Wankulukuku.
The evening of frustration meant that the Lweza based outfit has managed only two points from their last five Uganda Premier League matches.
As it has been the theme in elite football for new comers to experience wet and cold days, the coach-less side has confirmed that particular fact, though Mike Serumagga told Kawowo Sports that the club will overcome this poor run soon if not later.
It is true that our current form is awful and our fans are not happy with this performance, but the team is also doing its best to end the abject run before the first round ends. The boys too are still young in super league football but they can learn from this situation to put things right.
Lweza F.C signed Ayub Kisalita (from SC villa), Mike Serumagga (from SC Victoria University) and Hood Kaweesa (Free agent) to add experience to their ranks and the former Helsinborg IF Midfielder said that he will see more experienced players arrive at the club especially a proven striker when the league goes into recess.
The boys do combine well on the pitch but at times they run short of ideas due to inexperience and this way we even drop points from home which would other wise be our best chance to collect three points. I think we also waste a lot of chances in front of goal so a good striker will be added up front.
Serumaga’s exploits for Lweza FC in the Uganda Premier League saw him earn a call to the Uganda Cranes setup where he featured against Ethiopia, Ghana and Guinea.

Lweza F.C will be back in action next Friday as they visit struggling counter parts KJT Rwenshama in a new comers showdown at Mityana Ssaza grounds.
