Nigeria Super Eagles caretaker Coach Daniel Amokachi announced a strong 28 man squad to face Uganda Cranes.
The two sides are set to face off in an international friendly at Akwa Ibom stadium this Wednesday March 25 and the former Super Eagles has among others named goalie Vincent Enyeama in his squad.
Other big names in the squad include Westbrom striker Brown Ideye, CSKA Moscow’s Ahmed Musa and SS Lazio’s Ogenyi Onazi.
Meanwhile, Victor Moses of English Premiership side Stoke City has been put on standby.
After the game against Cranes, the former African champions will also play South Africa’s Bafana Bafana on Sunday March 29.
Uganda’s last visit to Nigeria came in 2007 when Senegal referee Baddara Diatta controversially disallowed a genuine Geoffrey Sserunkuma goal in the 2008 AFCON qualifiers.
The Cranes won the reverse fixture 2-1 at Namboole with goals from 12 yards scored by David Obua and Ibrahim Ssekagya to cancel out John Utaka goal.
