Lweza 1-1 Rwenshama
Lweza F.C played a one all draw with Rweshama at Muteesa II stadium on Friday, a result that sealed the Orange boys’ slot in topflight next season.
Veteran winger Dan Wagaluka gave Lweza the lead in the first half but Rweshama replied through Musa Nakibinge later in the second half to entwine the game.
Lweza moved to 34 points in 11th position, tied with army side Simba with a game left to play to wind up the season. Simba’s last game with Kira Young seals Lweza’s stay in the UPL as any result from that match plays in the favour of the orange boys.
Lweza got into game against KCC FC at Lugogo to wind up their season with no pressure.
For Rweshama, who are already relegated made yet another good account as they have not missed in such heroic performances in their maiden season.
