Uganda Kobs and Kira Young football club skipper, Derrick Tekkwo is officially one of the most sought-after ‘commodities’ on the global market.
The deep lying defensive midfielder, whose club, Kira Young was relegated at the end of the 2014/15 season is a subject of interest from now three Ugandan clubs.
Jinja club, BUL F.C, Uganda Revenue Authority and now Vipers have openly expressed interest in the anchorman.
“At the moment am confused of my next step after all the offers but I will contact with my manager for a way forward” Tekkwo attested to Kawowo Sports on Monday in an exclusive interview.
Tekkwo is known for his die-hard mentality that has won him the favor of the national team head coach, Milutin Sredojevic, who handed him his senior debut when Uganda beat Nigeria in the recent international build up.

Perhaps, Tekkwo’s contract at Kira Young is still valid for another one season though with a buy out clause.
