Sports Club Villa continues to dominate the local players’ market with their 5th signing in former Water F.C defender, Paul Mbowa for a reported U.sh 7M tag.
Mbowa’s signing comes in the wake of the record 16 time Uganda Premier League winners’ officially acquisition of proven goal poacher, Umar Kasumba.
Kasumba became the club’s 4th signing of the up coming season after they had signed Jinja Municipal Council play maker, Ambrose Kirya, Bul F.C temperamental but skilled midfielder, Robert Achema and Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) left winger, James Kasibante.
Mbowa has been playing for FUFA Big league outfit, Water Football Club.
They lost in the promotional play-offs 5-4 on penalties against Jinja S.S after a barren draw.
